Welcome to Knit and Other Words!

Hello! My name is Megan.

I taught myself how to knit from a magazine twenty-five years ago, and have been an avid knitter for the last fifteen years. When I’m not working on my latest knitting project(s), I can be found playing in the town band, working in the vegetable garden, or taking road trips around New England with my husband (most of the time he drives while I work on my next knitting project).

Knit and Other Words combines my love of reading fiction, local travel, and knitting.
